Summer Alvarez {Made By Munchie's Mama}

After having kids I struggled to find me time...I thought that I needed to "get away" to recharge my battery.  I finally came to the realization that I love being home with my family and crafting allows me to recharge in the place that I love around the people that I love.  I recently found the blog world and felt so connected to these women that I never met through their posts about life, love, loss and crafts.They have changed my life for the better and inspired me to share my passions with everyone out in "blogland" who might be looking for what I was looking for...Someone, some story, something to connect with and inspire me to do the things I never thought I could.

Summer is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 2 handsome boys and a little miss on coming in July of 2013.  She is a former NBA and NFL Cheerleader and currently works as an dental office manager  when she is not blogging, crafting or cuddling her 3 favorite men.

Jen Jurca {Delightful Deets}

My husband's job moves us around frequently (sometimes too frequently for a girl who lived in the same city her whole life)!  After moving from one city to the next, I was having a hard time finding my "niche" of friends to have girls nights with, friends to craft with, snag recipes from, and share mom stories with.  I started a blog, with my sister to help boost my confidence, and have found some truly amazing women.  Some inspirational, some hilarious, and some ridiculously talented in the crafting, cooking, and fashion departments. I have been so motivated to share little tidbits here and there about our family and my hobbies, some of which I found through blogging.  I had never stepped in a Goodwill before blogging, let alone try stripping, sanding, priming and painting a piece of furniture!  Blogging helps me go out on a limb and try something new!

Jen is married to a sweet man who pretty much saved her and they have a mellow boy and a crazy diva girl, with another girl on the way!  She loves to take pictures of her kids (even though she has no idea what she's doing), coupon, throw parties, and be with her family!

Nichole Hubbard {Yeung Mother Hubbard}

I started my blog to showcase the quilts that I had made.  I quickly grew tired of only blogging when I actually finished a quilt and started posting about anything and everything.  I love everything crafty so I want to try everything at least once… which means that I have a ridiculous amount of craft supplies. When I joined the “blogging community” I had no idea that my blog would allow me to meet some of the most amazing people!  I seriously love the “real life” friendships that I have made through my blog.

When I am not blogging, I work full time at my parents auto body shop.  I spend my 40+ hours a week with my dad, sister, and the Hubs… sometimes it is tough working together, but we still have sushi together every Wednesday after work.  Family is probably one of the most important things in my life… which is why I can’t wait to start a family someday.

I am married to my best friend and my own personal mechanic.  He is known as the Hubs on my blog and is quick to help me craft as long as it involves power tools, I think it’s just because he doesn’t want me to use them!  I have filled his sacred garage with pallets, paint, a broken vintage sewing machine, windows, empty bottles, tree branches, tea sets… if you can buy it at a garage sale or swap meet, it’s probably hiding somewhere in “his” garage… shhhhhh don’t tell him that I am taking over!
